The Dog-Com 250 is a a device that the Pound Puppies use to communicate with headquarters and other Pound Puppy units. Its features include satellite feed, video conferencing, and pellet dispenser (for the squirrels).

The first time the Pound Puppies of Shelter 17 were seen using a device to communicate with other Pounds was in "Homeward Pound." In that episode, the communication was through audio only.
The Dog-Com 250 was first seen in "The Really Weird Dog." The Pound Puppies have used it many times since, notable episodes include "Barlow", "I Heard the Barks on Christmas Eve.", "Hot Dawg!", and "All Bark and Little Bite." In "I Never Barked for My Father", Lucky pretends to talk to Dolly on it.
